Deep drawing manufacturing is a technology that involves the stretching of sheet metal stock. The edges of the sheet metal are restrained by rings and the plug is deep drawn into a top die cavity to achieve the desired end shape. There are various shapes that can be made through deep drawing and stamping including cups, pans, cylinders, domes and hemispheres, as well as irregular shaped products. If required, deep drawing can be complemented with the spinning process to ensure the superior quality and most affordable method of production to match your production and cost needs.

Our advanced triple action hydraulic presses are specifically designed for the production of deep drawn parts that require more than one operation in a single press cycle.

We have advanced metal fabrication facilities that enable us to design and supply customized metal fabricated parts you need to complete the reinforcement of your automobile project. Most of our metal fabricated parts and components are custom built against provided specifications and drawings. We are equipped with machines and equipment required for cutting, stamping and punching of metal sheet in desired size, shape and thickness within close dimensional tolerances for different requirements. The fabrication is done by using mig, spotting and projection welding etc.

Presently our services in fabricated parts include reinforcement for
Tata Safari, Trucks, and Piaggio i.e. reinforcement secont, reinforcement 8214/15, reinforcement lower.

These components are used for manufacturing the chassis of the vehicle. These components namely Long Member and Boxing Plate are used for reinforcing the chassis and also bearing the link of the chassis. These components are also used in manufacturing of TATA Mobile 207 DI vehicle.

These are pressed components used in manufacturing tractors for JOHN DEERE. These heavy sheet metal components are specially manufactured for severe conditions in agricultural activities.
